ARTWORK INFO
- Original painting, one of a kind, not a reproduction.
- Medium/Materials: Acrylic on gessoed basswood.
- Dimensions: Approx. 8.5 in (vertical diameter) x 12 in (horizontal diameter)
- Varnished on all sides, to protect the paint and wood from pollution and atmospheric variations.
- Ring hanger affixed on the back.
- Certificate of Authenticity issued along with the artwork, signed and dated by the artist.
- The colors of the original art may be slightly different than the screen images, due to variations in computer displays.
- The slight imperfections/knots that may occasionally occur on the wood surface are part of the overall aesthetic.
- The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the art piece. No copies/scans/prints may be distributed commercially without the artist’s consent.
SHIPPING
- FREE SHIPPING WITHIN USA FOR ORDERS ABOVE $40.
- Processing time: 1-2 business days.
- Paintings are shipped via USPS, wrapped in glassine paper and cello, then protected by bubble wrap.
- Estimated shipping time in USA: 2-5 business days via USPS (upgrade available for Express 2-day shipping)
- International transit usually averages 2 – 4 weeks. The destination country may require you to pay custom fees or VAT (Value Added Tax), which is determined by that country.
At this moment, we are only shipping to United States and Canada.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Cancellations
- Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase. Please contact us directly at andy@andreeadumez.com in order to cancel the transaction and refund you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the painting has been damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
